Rachel is a great hair stylist! She has been cutting hair for 20 years and is very talented. She is very nice and conversational and puts you at ease immediately. She can make you look gorgeous. The only reason I didn’t give her a 5 is that I feel she could listen to me a little better sometimes.

I cannot say enough amazing things about Jaime at The Pavilion - Lansdale. I’ve been going to her for the past three years and refuse to go anywhere else. I get keratin treatments twice a year, along with highlights and color, and every single time I leave absolutely thrilled with the results. She is incredibly talented, detail-oriented, and somehow always manages to fit me in—even when my schedule is tight. What really sets Jaime apart is how genuinely caring and accommodating she is. My 8-year-old now goes to her every six weeks for haircuts, and he feels completely comfortable with her. She is so patient, kind, and wonderful with kids, which makes the whole experience stress-free for both of us. Jaime consistently goes above and beyond to make sure you walk out feeling confident and happy. I was a walk in appointment and the staff were extremely helpful and took me in within minutes. Ashley gave me a wonderful haircut and was just the sweetest. But again the entire staff were the best and I highly recommend this location. To be honest I have always had great service at other locations as well. Thank you!
